Windmill Hill Soap Fest, West Yorkshire
Windmill hill soap box derby will raise money for Clifford AFC and will be a rip-roaring day of thrills and spills for teams, supporters and spectators alike.
The first race, the junior soap box derby, gets underway at 10.30am with adult races starting at 12.30pm. In addition to races there will be food, drink and entertainment for everyone. Funds will be raised through each team’s own sponsorship, ticket sales and sales of food and drink on the day. We urge entering teams to gather as much sponsorship from friends, family and colleagues as possible, as they build their soap boxes in the lead-up to the event. ‘Fun’ or ‘themed’ soap boxes are especially welcome!
